UPDATE: ABC-7 has been able to confirm with the company World View Enterprises that the balloon is one of their flights.
The company told us that this balloon was launched out of Tucson, Arizona on September 3rd and has been in the air since then. They said that this balloon is being used for research and development on their flight development technology.
The company is working on getting it back to Tucson. ABC-7 will have more information as the day continues…
