El Paso man implicates himself in south-central shooting, arrested for aggravated assault

EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — The 29-year-old man arrested in connection with a shooting in south-central El Paso on Tuesday implicated himself in the incident, according to police records.

According to the arrest affidavit obtained by KFOX14/CBS4, Alan Guillermo Torres implicated himself in the shooting after being taken into custody.
