If you partied, celebrated or just chilled in Juarez in the 80’s, you probably did it at Chihuahua Charlie’s. Those days are back and you don’t need a passport, you’re not leaving El Paso.
Chihuahua Charlie’s was a mainstay and a must back in the day. Dinner with the family, shots with your crew or maybe even as a part of some simple, teenage, coming of age mayhem. They should make a movie about the place.
