EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Five migrants were apprehended after a vehicle pursuit on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 22, in El Paso’s Lower Valley, according to U.S. Border Patrol.
Shortly before noon on Wednesday, a Texas DPS Trooper was on a routine patrol. The trooper saw a vehicle near the Yarbrough Drive exit and attempted to stop the vehicle for a traffic violation.
The vehicle failed to stop, which then led to a vehicle pursuit. The vehicle then came to a stop, resulting in a bail out, followed by a foot pursuit near Yarbrough Drive and Mazatlan Drive, according to Border Patrol. That intersection is near Bel Air High School…
