SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Omar García Harfuch, Mexico’s head of public safety and protection, announced the arrest of a second person wanted in connection with the murder of Bernardo Bravo, an influential lime grower in the state of Michoacán.
Bravo’s killing sent shockwaves throughout the country when he was gunned down inside his truck for refusing to give in to extortion demands by an area cartel.
