Jacob Lozano, a senior at Northwest Early College High School in El Paso, has received the first Mayor’s Team of Excellence Award for October 2025. The award, presented by Mayor Renard Johnson, recognizes Lozano’s work in academics, leadership, and community service. Lozano is a Student Council member and valedictorian. He has also contributed to school and community activities.
