EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One man is dead and another has been arrested in a shooting on Sunday, Nov. 2 outside an apartment complex in East El Paso, police said.
A man in his 40s was killed and another man in his 20s has been arrested, police said.
The call came in shortly before noon on Sunday at the La Estancia apartment complex along the 7900 block of Viscount.
Police said the shooting happened outside the apartment complex. They also said they are considering nearby Sun Metro bus stop to be part of the crime scene…
