A new QuikTrip is planned for 12245 Montana Avenue in El Paso, with construction set to begin in July 2026. The store will rise just north of the busy Walmart and Lowe’s complex near Loop 375, where new businesses keep reshaping the Montana corridor.
QuikTrip registered the project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on November 4, 2025. The filing covers a 5,037-square-foot building with construction scheduled to start in mid-2026 and finish by April 2027. The plan includes a standard convenience store layout with a full gas station, similar to other recent QuikTrip builds in Texas.
By September 2025, the land was still undeveloped, but nearby sites had been cleared and graded. This shows preparation for future work, including new access points and utility connections…
