According to a social media post from El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte, 38-year-old Aldo Lopez of Clint, Texas, was arrested on charges related to violating a protective order. The post details that on the eve of Halloween, deputies responded to a call on the 12200 block of Cinnabar Street concerning a domestic issue, which revealed Lopez’s noncompliance with the court-issued order.
Subsequent to the initial intervention, the situation escalated with further infractions.
