EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 34-year-old man was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 13, after a traffic stop revealed he had four “baggies” containing cocaine and an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Shortly before 1 a.m. on Thursday, an officer observed a Black Honda Fit traveling eastbound on Horizon Boulevard at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and found that the driver, later identified as 34-year-old Luis Carlos Gonzalez, had an active criminal warrant through the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated.
