Man arrested after alleged knife attack over dog dispute leads to SWAT response

EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — New information was released after a 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, leading to a SWAT situation on Wednesday.

According to court documents, police responded to a physical altercation at a residence on Oxley St. involving a dispute over a neighbor’s aggressive dog.
