EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — After a viral TikTok video of a woman asking for baby formula, Abundant Church in El Paso is responding with their “True Heart of Abundant” campaign with a community baby formula drive.
Earlier in November, a woman named Nikalie on TikTok went viral as she began to call various places of worship — churches, mosques and Buddhist temples to name a few — across the country asking if they would give her baby formula, all while a video of a baby crying was played in the background.
Nikalie stated that she does not need the formula or has a baby, but this was a part of her “social experiment” called Testing Your Church. In every call, after the place of worship said yes or no to her request, she would later let them know that this was part of her social experiment…
