EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso County invites residents to attend a community meeting to discuss plans for the future El Paso County animal shelter.
The project will establish the County’s first dedicated animal shelter, addressing challenges with stray animals and improving access to affordable veterinary and adoption services, the County said.
