EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — All northbound lanes at the 7200 block of Doniphan are currently closed due to a structure fire at La Esperanza Tortilla Factory, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post on Thursday morning, Nov. 20.
