EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (EPMPO) Policy Board has adopted the Borderplex Safe Mobility Plan (BSMP).
The organization says the plan is a “comprehensive, data-driven roadmap designed to eliminate fatal and serious injury crashes and make travel safer for everyone in the Borderplex region, including drivers, pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders, and people using mobility devices.”
