EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 36-year-old man was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals after a social media post allegedly showed him punching and throwing a dog to the ground, El Paso Police said.
Police said they launched an investigation after the social media post surfaced. Through an anonymous tip, investigators were able to identify the suspect as Gilberto Santos, 36.
