EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Dionne Mack was hired as El Paso’s third city manager on Aug. 19, 2024, and started her position in September of that year. After a little more than a year on the job, Mack received a “meets expectations” rating in her first performance evaluation by El Paso’s City Council.
Mack’s employment agreement runs through May 2028.
