EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man was arrested after being intoxicated during a road rage incident last week in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Police say 40-year-old Javier Antonio Delagdo is facing a charge of driving while intoxicated and a terroristic threat.
