EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Police documents reveal the suspect fired an assault rifle and a handgun at a bar in Central El Paso before leading police on a dangerous high-speed chase.
According to the arrest affidavit, 29-year-old Armando Estrada Jr., from Northeast El Paso, was arrested after he reportedly got into a fight inside the Incredibles Bar on Nov. 20, at around 1:30 a.m.
The arrest affidavit describes that after Estrada Jr. allegedly threw a barstool at a person he was fighting and punched an employee trying to separate them, he stormed out, came back with an AR-15 style rifle, opened fire on the building, then pulled out a smaller gun and began firing that one also at the building…
