A driver was killed when she crashed head-on with a pickup truck while attempting to pass another truck on Alameda Avenue near Fabens, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.
Maria De Cisneros Romo, 54, of Tornillo, died at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 17089 Alameda Ave., stated a news release by sheriff’s spokeswoman Priscilla I. Contreras.
