EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A person “positively identified” the suspect who shot and killed another man who was reported missing in a photo lineup, according to court documents obtained by KTSM.
Shortly before 7 p.m. on Sept. 8, deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to Blackmon Street and Temperence Street regarding an aggravated assault with a gunshot victim.
