Fire in South-Central ruled to be arson

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Fire says a structure fire they responded to last week in South-Central El Paso was caused by arson.

The fire, classified as a Condition 3, initially happened along the 300 block of Octavia Street in South-Central on Dec. 10.

Fire crews extinguish 2 house fires in Central El Paso

While on the scene, crews determined that the fire had extended to the roof of a nearby structure, located in the 1000 block of Myrtle.
