In El Paso, Texas, an incident of alleged auto theft has led to the arrest of a 25-year-old woman. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office reported that on the afternoon of December 18, law enforcement responded to a call regarding a work truck, valued at around $25,000, being taken from the 200 block of Northwest G in Fabens. The vehicle’s owner provided officers with the last known location of his truck, which culminated in the arrest of Vanessa Ronnebaun.
The apprehension unfolded shortly after deputies pinpointed the missing vehicle’s whereabouts. Deputies, with the help of the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 6, found the stolen truck moving southbound on the 1000 block of South Horizon. A traffic stop at approximately 1:41 p.m. not only secured the vehicle but also led to Ronnebaun being taken into custody without incident.
