EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) –The El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization took a major step forward for its vision of having safer roads and reducing serious injury crashes in the Borderland region.
Friday, Dec. 19, the EPMPO announced the launch of the Vision Zero Committee , marking the beginning of the implementation phase of the Borderplex Safe Mobility Plan (BSMP) adopted by the EPMPO Policy Board on Nov. 21.
