EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 40-year-old repeat driving while intoxicated offender was arrested on early Monday morning, Dec. 22, after he was seen driving recklessly in Socorro.
Shortly before 2 a.m. on Monday, Socorro police officers were conducting a routine patrol when they observed a red GMC Sierra pickup truck traveling southbound near the 300 block of Horizon Boulevard. Officers observed the truck swerve from the left lane into the right lane of travel, straddling both lanes for several seconds.
