EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Police arrested a 49-year-old man after they said he made “inappropriate propositions” to a teenager outside of a grocery store in Northeast El Paso.
According to the El Paso Police Department, Steven Kelly Auston is being accused of approaching a 13-year-old girl outside of a grocery store located on the 10700 block of Gateway South and making “inappropriate comments” at the teen and trying to get her to go with him in exchange for money.
