EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 29-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly hit a deputy in the face during a domestic disturbance, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Shain Lewis Dotson, 29, is facing charges of assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest.
