On Tuesday evening, local Horizon City Police Department officers arrested Michael Alvarado, a subject wanted for parole violation, following a disturbance call in Horizon City’s 300 block of Playa Vista. The arrest occurred at around 5:15 P.M. when the officers responded to complaints about a disruption in the neighborhood.
During their on-scene investigation, the Horizon City police conducted a routine records check on Alvarado, confirming his warranted status from Austin, Texas. Shortly after the discovery, Alvarado was apprehended and required medical attention, for which he was promptly transported to a nearby medical facility.
