EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Las Cruces Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Inc. is inviting the community to join in a special celebration on Dec. 30 at 6 p.m. as part of Kwanzaa festivities.
