Christmas Day brought an update from El Paso County regarding a burglary call that led to the arrest of a local man on several charges, including possession of a dangerous controlled substance. In a statement released on social media, El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte detailed the events that unfolded on the morning of December 22, when deputies responded to an active burglary on Valle Ecuador Road in San Elizario.
