Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that resulted in the death of a man walking on the shoulder of U.S. 54 in Northeast El Paso.
Miguel Eduardo Rodriguez, 36, stopped his car about 12 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, on U.S. 54 near Ellerthorpe Avenue and began walking on the shoulder of the highway, El Paso Police Department spokesperson Detective Judy Oviedo said in a news release.
