EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 64-year-old man was arrested on charges of DWI and evading arrest on Friday, Dec. 26 in East El Paso, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.
David Navarro, 64, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated — third or more time — and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with bonds totaling $22,500, the Sheriff’s Office said…
