A man faces seven counts of indecent exposure for allegedly walking around naked and exposing himself at an East El Paso apartment complex, jail records show.
Aaron Jamar Blackman, 34, an East Side resident and registered sex offender from Saint Louis, was arrested by El Paso police in December as part of an ongoing investigation into indecency cases, police stated.
