El Paso welcomed the arrival of the first two babies born in 2026.
A sweet baby girl named Eden Marie was born at 1:20 a.m. on Jan. 1 at the Hospitals of Providence, while a cute boy, Austin Alvarez, made his debut at 1:18 a.m. on Jan. 1 at University Medical Center, weighing in at six pounds and eight ounces.
Photos of the cute pair were shared on the hospitals’ social media pages.
