EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 44-year-old man was arrested on two outstanding warrants after a traffic stop in Horizon City, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Christopher Carlos Martinez, 44, was arrested on a DWI warrant and a failure to maintain financial responsibility. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with an $8,330 bond.
