EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged after evading arrest in East El Paso County during the Sheriff’s Office DWI Task Force Operation.
Joshua Palos Hernandez, 19, was charged with evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. He has been booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $5,000 bond, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
