EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Three men were arrested in Horizon City when a driver and passenger became uncooperative during a traffic stop and a homeowner joined in to interfere with deputies during the incident, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.
A deputy ended up using a stun gun to help subdue the driver.
