EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 27-year-old El Paso woman was arrested on Wednesday on a warrant for a murder charge in connection with a 2022 shooting after being out on bond.
The El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three arrested Rachel Ramona Rivota on Wednesday after receiving information about an active personal recognizance bond warrant for a murder charge.
