El Paso mechanics urge drivers to prep vehicles ahead of winter weather

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — With changes in the forecast and colder temperatures moving into the Borderland, local mechanics are urging drivers to prepare their vehicles before wet and wintry conditions arrive. Even minor maintenance, they say, can help prevent dangerous situations on the road.

Service experts say now is the ideal time to replace worn-out windshield wipers, check tire tread, and top off essential fluids before temperatures continue to fall.
