VIDEO: Man’s face slammed against El Paso police unit

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A video on social media went viral after a man in handcuffs was seen being shoved into a police unit, hitting his face, by El Paso police officers.

Teen facing charges of resisting arrest, drug possession

As KTSM previously reported, Nicholas Ray Fuentes, 18, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, search or transport and possession of a controlled substance, with a $2,000 bond, according to the El Paso Police Department.

At the beginning of the video, Fuentes, along with four other individuals, was seen having their hands on the hood of a police unit along the 9700 block of Dyer Street. One of the individuals was taking everything out of his pockets and an officer did a pat-down of the man.

In the next cut of the video, Fuentes appears to flee, but an officer grabs his shirt and two other officers appear to help apprehend him. The struggle then leads all four individuals to the ground, with another officer looking to assist…
