An investigation is underway after a pedestrian was struck by an unmarked vehicle of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at a traffic intersection in the far East Side, a sheriff’s spokeswoman said.
The collision occurred about 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, at the intersection of Montana Avenue and Rick Beem Boulevard, sheriff’s spokeswoman Priscilla I. Contreras stated in a news release.
