A massive water line break in El Paso turned into a mess over the weekend, leaving at least 38,000 people without water. A major water break happened late Saturday night, around 10 p.m., in El Paso. While most people were winding down for the night, water started pouring into the streets and neighborhoods. Residents in the area quickly shared videos showing heavy flooding as crews rushed to figure out what went wrong.
