EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A northeast El Paso homeowner said on Friday that her living situation is “up in the air” after a water main break left her family of 10 displaced, and their home on Gschwind Street deemed uninhabitable.

Homeowner Candy Arellano spoke to KFOX14/CBS4 on Friday about her residence on Gschwind Street, which has been declared uninhabitable by El Paso Water after a water main break caused a massive hole in the backyard.
