PERRY — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reporting that an El Paso, Texas man is injured following a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 7:28 a.m. Jan. 25 on I-35 southbound lanes near mile marker 179, six miles south of Perry in Noble County.
Troopers report that Emmanuel C. Francisque, 42, El Paso, Texas, was traveling southbound on Interstate 35 in the outside lane when he lost control on the snow covered Interstate and departed the roadway to the right. His vehicle impacted a snow drift in the ditch and started to roll before impacting the ground at the Area of Impact, approximately 0.5 miles south of mile marker 179 and 33 feet west of the Interstate 35 southbound lane lines.
