NM orgs demand Project Jupiter transparency in letter to Lujan Grisham

A group of organizations across New Mexico asked state leaders to demand transparency and increased public participation as Project Jupiter moves forward with the permitting process.

Project Jupiter is the controversial data center complex in the Santa Teresa Industrial Park. The data center project will be constructed using $165 billion in Industrial Revenue Bonds approved by the Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners in September 2025.
