EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A new turn signal has been installed at the intersection of Pebble Hills Boulevard and John Hayes, El Paso City Rep. for District 5, Ivan Niño, announced earlier this month via Facebook.
The installation aims to improve traffic flow and increase safety in the area, especially for students, parents, staff, and nearby residents of Pebble Hills High School who commute through the intersection daily, according to the post.
