Neighbors alert police to stash house; 21 migrants rescued

EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – Police in Juarez, Mexico, freed 21 migrants held against their will by smugglers after a neighbor familiar with their plight flagged down a passing patrol car.

Municipal police officers patrolling streets just west of downtown Juarez received information from the woman regarding a large number of people she said were being “deprived of their freedom,” according to a report filed on Jan. 30.
