A 3-year-old boy was killed when he was struck by an all-terrain vehicle on a street in the Horizon City area, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.
The toddler died at a hospital from his injuries in a collision that occurred about 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, in the 600 block of Endwall Street, southeast of the Horizon City limits, sheriff’s spokeswoman Priscilla I. Contreras said in a news release.
