Chef Andres’ storied career has spanned North America with experiences in his home state of New Mexico, Chicago and up and down the east coast while also hitting every region of Mexico. As the culinary director for Frontera Restaurant Group, Chef Andres Padilla has created “distinct Mexican menus, both rustic and refined”.
