After the abrupt closure of both Alamo Drafthouse locations in El Paso, along with theaters in Houston, Katy, and Lubbock, Flix Brewhouse has officially confirmed it has acquired those locations and plans to reopen them later this month.
In a press release issued today, Flix Brewhouse announced it has purchased four dine-in cinema locations in Texas that were previously operated by Triple Tap Ventures, a former Alamo Drafthouse franchisee. The locations include West El Paso (Montecillo Blvd.), East El Paso (Joe Battle Blvd. and Pellicano), Katy (LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch), and Lubbock (Loop 289 Northwest).
